The first and foremost impression at the hotel is very rude and cold reception by the front. We initially thought we are racially discriminated, but it was nice to learn that the front may be like that to everyone who does not speak Czech. She ruined the friendship for the country. I hope that her character is not typical in Czech. Hotel is about 1-2 km away from the Old Town Square and took ~20 mins when we walked. Room was old. Shower booth was extremely small: you cannot stretch an arm inside and feel claustrophobia. Coffee/tea is provided only for the first day. For the rest, you are supposed to have at the lobby at an exorbitant price. At least, we were happy to have a hot pot in the room. Breakfast is 180 czk per person. We heard it is good, although we did not have chance. Albert is not too far, which was convenient. Only one rm key is provided in a keychain, which meant everyone had to move largely together. We regret having made reservation here based on others' reviews. Please beware when you consider. 프런트에 있는 린다인가 하는 분이 너무 무섭고 차가와서 체코와 프라하에 대한 우호적인 마음을 없앨 정도입니다. 로비에서 사탕 하나 집을 때도 뚫어지게 바라봅니다. 관광지와 꽤 거리가 있고 방이 오래 됐습니다. 특히 샤워할 때 팔을 펴지 못할 정도로 샤워부스가 작아요. 커피, 티 첫날만 주고 그 다음부터는 로비에서 마셔야 하는데 당연 무료 아니고 비쌉니다. 키를 하나 밖에 주지 않아 불편합니다. 조식이 좋다고 하나 싸지는 않아요 (1인당 180 czk). 숙박객들 리뷰에 속은 느낌이네요.

For the price, I am so happy with my stay at Lunik, their rates are always very reasonable rates and super clean. The morning breakfast (7am-10am that was built into my stay) was wonderful, among the best I've had at any hotel, great fresh pastries, fresh fruits, and eggs and cooked dishes that change each day, so it's not the same things. Saved a lot of money there by starting the day with a solid meal. The location was a great launching point to anywhere in Prague, walking to old town or across the river is about 20min. Easy Uber to anywhere in about 10min, unlike staying in old town or other more busy places where Uber/taxi cannot pickup, cars easy get to Lunik. Loved walking the more quiet and safe neighborhood around Lunik after busy times elsewhere. For those with families, there's so many "American fast food all around" perhaps too many, but for families, those eateries and the many pastry shops and grocery stores (Tesco) nearby are helpful. The standing shower is very small, as is common in Europe. I'd recommend you bring your own soap and shampoo. There is not a laundry room, but laundry service can be provided for 200czk. Wifi is steady and usable but not fast, I ended using my cellphone hotspot when I needed to Zoom for work. There is a late hour money exchange place across the street on Jugoslavska 236 with the best rates, several banks nearby too. Just remember never to click conversion, since your own bank back home will always give a better rate, so keep things in Czech crowns. Airport taxi to Lunik around 800czk, Uber 600czk, though at times, hard to get a Uber from the airport, easy to get a Uber to return to the airport. I plan to always return to Hotel Lunik when visiting Prague/Praha.

We had a nice stay here BUT there are 2 things which are really not great and you should consider when booking. 1. There was not enough tables in the breakfast room so you have to queue outside and wait for a table if they are all taken. They actually sat a couple on the same table as us which I found really strange. They didn’t ask us but just sat them down. There are two ladies working at breakfast. The older one is grumpy and didn’t say goodbye when we said bye and thanks at the end. Bad customer service. 2. We had a kettle and some tea bags in our room. Only one was English tea. Others were flavoured. We hadn’t had tea in the room all week so we hadn’t had it replenished but my husband went downstairs on our last night and asked if we could have another English breakfast tea bag as there was not one and the receptionist said no and said we would have to buy it?!? Surely they should supply more than one for a room for a couple?! The hotel is on the outskirts but we walked everywhere and it was fine. Shame about those two things as otherwise it’s good enough for a little break.

disappointment!!! I have been to many hotels around the world but I have never seen a hotel like this. This is a very small room with a children's bed. The shower is 30 cm x 30 cm and the curtain sticks to your body in the middle of the shower. The water spills on the floor and the experience is really unpleasant! Do not approach the place 12/18/22

This hotel is well worth staying in if you want to be close to tram and metro links to the centre of Prague. We visited for the Christmas markets and there is one just up the road from the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean,staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and they provided gluten free diet for me as I have Coeliac.
